An unknown group of anti-Trump protesters just put a HUGE banner on the Statue of Liberty that reads “Refugees Welcome.” From NBC New York National park police officers are investigating how a banner reading “Refugees Welcome” got on to the Statue of Liberty Tuesday afternoon.
