The partisan 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, or “9th Circus” as it’s nicknamed, has yet again ruled against President Trump’s original travel ban. During this go around the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the Justice Department’s request to pause proceedings in an appeal of President Trump’s travel ban.
