BREAKING : Jackie Evancho’s Ticket Sales SOAR After Trump Inauguration Gig
Wonderful seeing good things happen to good people. Jackie overcame a cold and knocked the national anthem out of the ballpark while singing LIVE (unlike Beyonce’s 2012 lip sync.)

Prior to news of Evancho’s presidential performance, the singer’s Feb. 12 concert at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts — part of the venue’s season announcement in June — had sold about 900 tickets. After the Dec. 14 announcement of her inauguration performance on NBC’s “Today” show, the pace of ticket sales increased noticeably, a Cerritos Center spokesperson said. More than 1,200 tickets have been sold, leaving fewer than 200 seats in back rows. So far, the center said, it has received neither requests for refunds nor complaints about Evancho’s pending performance.

Yes, as was another some years before her (Charlotte Church…who later went out of her way to stop being typecast as angelic). When referring to someone well into their teens, it might be more helpful to move beyond using that phrase, and just quietly hope for the best.
For once we didn’t get a lefty “gospel” pop singer butchering the song by adding and subtracting notes. Ahhh, life is good.
Truly an amazing voice and a beautiful young LADY. (Both, of which, are becoming increasingly rare.) God bless you Jackie. I’ve loved and thoroughly enjoyed your voice for years. You made the inauguration even a bigger success with your amazing voice.
