BREAKING : Hillary Clinton Violated Election Laws by CAMPAIGNING at an NC “Early Voting” Location
Sunday in Raleigh, North Carolina, Hillary Clinton appeared to be campaigning at an early voting location – a violation of electioneering laws.
Luciana Lopez tweeted that Clinton was “mobbed” at the early voting location at Chavis Community Center.
Um, 40 people is not a “mob.”

Her appearance is potentially a violation of state and local election laws.
According to polling location regulations implemented by Wake County — the governmental unit that oversees electioneering laws:
N.C.G.S. §163-166.4(a) states, “No person or group of persons shall hinder access, harass others, distribute campaign literature, place political advertising, solicit votes, or otherwise engage in election-related activity in the voting place or in a buffer zone…”
The buffer zone will be 50 feet from the entrance to the polling place except where deemed by the Wake County Board of Elections to be necessarily closer, but no less than 25 feet from the entrance to the polling place. There will be publication of information regarding the entrance location and distance of the buffer zone no later than 30 days before the election.
It’s not clear whether Clinton was ever closer than 50 feet from the entrance to the location, but it is clear her intent was to influence voters outside the location.
In March, Bill Clinton ended up in hot water after he appeared outside a polling location during the primary to rally voters for Hillary.
A Massachusetts voter was fuming after she said her polling location was shut down to accommodate a visit by the former president.
Angela Grace posted cell phone video showing orange barrels and yellow police line tape at what she said was a New Bedford voting location.
My god, these people CHEAT at every friggen turn.

If this were true, Fox News in NC would be all over it, but not a peep. Clinton held a rally at another location in Raleigh yesterday, but wasn’t within 50 feet of a polling location. No mention on myfox8.com, fox46charlotte.com, and foxcarolina.com.

Why would anyone vote for either of these 2 is beyond me. What happened to the days of sit ins or protests? Are we really that clueless to just be idol and do nothing. What if everyone skipped the poles in protest. (too late now due to early voting) to like either one of these 2 liars is just wrong. I am voting for Johnson only because he is the only candidate not to smear anyone else and it will take away a vote from HC. Then I will vote yes on medical pot so I can go get high and not care who is running this country because we are in for a huge mess either way and people better open their eyes. Helene,I understand how you feel, I also feel neither are really worthy of this position. BUT, I also feel, MOST of the candidates are actually UNWORTHY of THE POSITION OF POTUS. It is a shame that the United States of America has been dragged down to this level. I truly believe the ONLY WAY TO HAVE AN HONEST VOTING SYSTEM, EVERYONE, IN EVERY STATE, should VOTE ON THE EXACT SAME DAY. SKIPPING the elections would be useless, with the dangerous people they would be dealing with, would have the UPPER HAND IN THAT SITUATION. Voting for another person not actually vying for the Presidency, is not only dangerous, it is useless and actually GIVES the ELECTION to the CURRENT PARTY. I wish there were some other way to handle this, but, I think we just have to look at ALL the facts and, as much as I hate to say this, vote for the lesser of two evils. I am still trying to figure that one out. But, NOT VOTING, is only giving the electIon to one or the other of the two contenders for the Presidency and we all know how the current Party (Demon c rats) will STEAL the ELECTION if it DOESN’T GO THEIR WAY ANYWAY.
