BREAKING : Hawaii Judge Blocks Trump Travel Ban Because it Violates “MUSLIM RIGHTS”
At this point, it’s almost as if liberal lawyers and judges are inventing reasons to block President Trump’s popular “travel ban,” which temporarily halts travel from several terror hotbed countries while we implement safe vetting procedures.
President Trump is trying to keep Americans safe, while liberals are throwing us to the wolves in the name of multiculturalism and political correctness.
A judge in Hawaii wants a nationwide block of the ban because it violates “Muslim rights.”

A judge in Hawaii has announced he wants a nationwide freeze of President Donald Trump’s updated Executive Order limiting the annual inflow of refugees into the United States, after left-wing lawyers told him it might block the arrival of Muslims, including the mother-in-law of a Hawaii-based Muslim cleric.
“I think we’ve been going for quite a while,” said the U.S. District Judge, Derrick Watson, at the end of the two-hour hearing when he ruled in favor of the lawyers the state who argued that Trump’s order is a religious restriction against Muslims. The judge’s order reads:
“Upon evaluation of the parties’ submissions, and following a hearing on March 15, 2017, the Court concludes that, on the record before it, Plaintiffs have met their burden of establishing a strong likelihood of success on the merits of their Establishment Clause claim, that irreparable injury is likely if the requested relief is not issued, and that the balance of the equities and public interest counsel in favor of granting the requested relief … the Court finds that Plaintiffs, and Dr. Elshikh in particular, are likely to succeed on the merits of their Establishment Clause claim.
The case will be reheard and appealed, and may eventually be heard by the Supreme Court. Two other judges are slated to announce on Wednesday their support or opposition to the Executive Order.
President Trump has vowed to fight for the American people and his “travel ban” all the way to the SCOTUS.

Here is a solution. Trump writes a new executive order stating that the travel ban be lifted for only Hawaii and Hawaii must now also take all the refugees that are coming to America and they must stay in Hawaii forever, with no travel prividges anywhere else. This way they all settle in that Obama judge’s home state and they can deal with it since the Trump travel ban has caused them such a tourism industry hardship.
I bet that after 3 weeks of that the people of Hawaii will impeach that Obama judge.

How many votes are required to impeach a sitting Federal Judge?
Temporarily ban ALL immigration – period. End of story. Once the “temporary” part is ready to expire, extend it again. Even the alleged justices that Obama put on the SCOTUS can’t argue that’s not allowed – because it’s totally legal and the Administration has full authority to stop it all. So corrupted leftist federal judges keep popping up to virtue signal? Fine. Stop all immigration until they beg for it to be reinstated with the ban on “refugees” from hell-hole countries. What is desired is accomplished and the country gets back to allowing only those who contribute to enter and stay.
