Four black suspects accused of torturing a white mentally disabled teen on Facebook Live video were charged with hate crimes. They held the boy hostage, threatened him with a knife and forced him to drink water from a toilet. The four suspects are, Jordan Hall, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington and Tanishia Covington. They were also charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint and battery with a deadly weapon on top of the hate crimes, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
