BREAKING : Federal Court Blocks Trump’s Immigration Executive Order
A second federal judge in Wisconsin has blocked President Trump’s new executive order on immigration.

Trump signed EO 13780 on Mar. 6, replacing his original order (EO 13769), temporarily restricting immigration from several terror-prone nations. Judge James Robart of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the first EO. The San Francisco-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit kept the TRO in place.
Lawsuits have also been filed against the new EO 13780. The plaintiff states in the original TRO lawsuit—a growing list that currently includes Washington, Minnesota, and Oregon—asked Robart to rule that the TRO blocking EO 13769 likewise applies to the new EO. Robart released an order Friday stating that none of the parties have properly filed new motions in that litigation — and that he will reserve judgment until there is a relevant motion and the legal issues have been fully briefed before his court.
However, on that same day, Judge William Connelly of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin did issue a new TRO against the new EO, holding that the plaintiff in that new lawsuit had a substantial likelihood of success on the merits, and would suffer irreparable harm under the court provided immediate relief. This new lawsuit in Wisconsin concerns a man with a family member in Syria who has applied for asylum and claims that EO 13780 is thwarting that asylum request.
I’m from Minnesota and this is disgraceful that my State is being allowed to do this with most of us supporting Trump’s Executive Order, We of Minnesota are sick of our representatives bringing in Illegals, refugees and terrorists into our State and Cities, especially in St Cloud Minnesota. Lori Swanson needs to go along with most of our representatives since most are supporting this ludicrous crap. Our governor Mark Dayton wants to give Illegals drivers licenses just like california does and we do NOT want it.. The more they keep bringing in to Minnesota, we will be outnumbered in less than a few years time, we now have more Somalians in Minnesota than they have in their own country of Somalia, most of them came here Illegally via the bill they put in place where they listed family members names who would be given a free ride here, only 3% were actual Family members, those 97% that weren’t need a swift deportation. They are rude, suck our benefits dry, even locals who lived here their entire lives can’t get any benefits when they need it the most, it is sickening. Those supporting illegals and refugees are so far removed from them they don’t even care because they dont have to live with them in their neighborhoods where they do not integrate into society, which is what happens when you send a huge influx into one area, its become like mogadishu in St cloud.

Any state using Federal Court for Blocks Trump’s Immigration Executive Order is a traitor. They’re willing to have harm committed on the citizens. These states are over their heads and financially putting the burden on their taxpaying citizens when they go bankrupt they will expect this current administration president Trump to bail them out. I hope president Trump will not bail them out since they fill they have more authority than the president and are defying this administration.

If I were Trump, I would ignore the new restraining order. The court has no way to enforce the order other than to hold Trump in contempt of court. Big deal. Attorney General Eric Holder was in contempt of Congress and nothing happened. Only the Republican House can impeach the President and removal by 67 Senators for high crimes and misdemeanors. It will never happen. The American people will support Trump for standing up to an illegal unconstitutional ruling and protecting the country from possible terrorism.
Rather than use an executive order, our Senators and reps should pass a bill and send it to the POTUS for signing into law. Lets start getting things done through the legislative branches.

His authority cannot be overwhelmed by some snotty nosed judge polishing a seat with his ass. It is our responsibility as law abiding Americans to help our President enforce the deportation of illegals, keep your eyes and ears tuned into your surroundings, if you see contractors using illegals for cheap labor report them to the proper authorities, and identify the person using them as well because he is guilty of denying needed employment to jobless Americans. As far as those threatening our President, like Snoop Dog poop has done, they should be arrested and face Federal charges in a court of law for treason. It seems to me there was a time when threatening the President was met with swift action against the threatening person to prevent any possible attacks to our Leader. It is time for us Americans to take our country back and purge ourselves of every man, woman, and yes, even children that do not have any right to live in the United States, think of our own children being pushed to the back as illegal alien’s children are being given everything our children should have. If we start making life hard on these illegals they will finally realize it is time for them to go away.
