BREAKING : East Texas Child Murdered by Previously Deported Illegal Immigrant
This story should break every American’s heart. There is a price to having Open Borders. This is the price of being politically correct instead of protecting our country. Walls are constructed not out of hatred, but out of love of the people inside the walls. We live inside walls and locked doors, not under bridges. Our country deserves the same.

Law enforcement officials in East Texas are reporting the alleged murderer of 10-year-old Kayla Gomez-Orozco is a previously deported illegal alien from Mexico.
Officials with the Smith County jail confirmed to Breitbart Texas that Gustavo Gonzalez, 24, is currently being held in the jail on an immigration detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers. Gonzalez was also confirmed to be a Mexican national by the jail official.
East Texas Matters reporter Michael Wesp reported an unnamed law enforcement official claimed that Gonzalez was previously deported in 2014 for a “violent crime.” Court records show that Gonzalez was arrested twice in 2014 on charges for assault causing bodily injury.
The previously deported criminal alien is also reported to be a family member of Kayla Gomez-Orozco, the young girl whose body was found on Saturday. The body of the young girl was found in a well at a home in Smith County Texas, according to Sheriff Larry Smith. Gonzalez was initially reported to be Kayla’s uncle, but family members later clarified that he is a “cousin who acted like an uncle to Kayla.”
Kayla disappeared on Tuesday following a church service at the Bullard First Assembly Church. Her body was found wearing the same clothes on Saturday night in a well near a family member’s house.
The church were Kayla disappeared is located in Cherokee County. Officials with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office referred questions from Breitbart Texas to the FBI in Dallas. A spokesperson for the FBI was not immediately available Sunday afternoon to respond.
No motive for the homicide has been released by law enforcement officials.
Smith County jail records show that the arrest of Gonzalez was made by Texas Rangers assigned to assist Cherokee County in the investigation. Breitbart Texas reached out to the Texas Department of Public Safety for additional information. No spokesperson was immediately available for comment.
A vigil for the young East Texas girl is scheduled for Sunday evening at Jack Elementary School.
Gonzalez has been living in Bullard, Texas. He is currently being held on the immigration detainer as the Cherokee County and Smith County District Attorneys determine what additional charges will be filed.

I was at her candle light service last night. She has a good family. They are broken. This murderer should’ve been deported! Kayla would still be alive.
I’m not saying that it’s the parents fault in any way but they let him stay with them. Even after been charged with violent crimes. Also, it is very likely he is not a first time offender. He probably, I could almost guarantee, exhibited some questionable behavior while around her and the family. But no one questioned it.

I read about it in the news. I am so sorry for this happening to this little girl and her family. God loves them. It is so hard to understand when bad things happen. When Cain killed his brother in the garden. God had nothing to do with it. Man just did something he should not have done. It was God’s property he destroyed and he had to answer to God. I’m a member of the local media that has had to report on this horrific story, and while yes, the suspect is a Mexican national who is here illegally, blowing that particular fact out of proportion to concoct a titillating story makes a travesty out of the pain the family AND the community has felt with Kayla’s abduction and death. Whatever your thoughts are about the suspect, please remember that right now Kayla’s family, friends and community are hurting greatly. If anything, please give them the respect they deserve as they try to make sense of what’s going on. It’s the least you can do.

Marrying an American citizen (if his wife was one, that is) doesn’t make you legal. You have to put in a petition with USCIS and you need to pay the fees (over $1400) and have a sponsor (they need to make a certain amount of money) and have your background check, biometrics taken, medical exam, photos and evidence of a bona fide marriage (if you’re married less than 2 years you have to file again to have the provisional status lifted after you get your green card), you need your immunizations, and you need to provide all your information like past employers and where you lived and even any organizations or memberships you have. You need to file for permission to work here, and you need to also file for advanced parole. You also need to have a face to face interview with an immigration officer, then once you’re through that you get your permanent resident card sent to you. I did this entire process myself for my husband so I know every single step and every single form. Just marrying someone does not give you any rights to stay in the USA. You also have to have entered legally and when you enter you get a form called an I-94 if you enter on land (it’s online for those who enter by sea or air). This proves you entered legally.
If this man respected the law he would not have been here to murder Kayla. Criminals don’t respect the law, which is why illegal immigrants are criminals. It is just a fact that if someone comes in without going through the lawful steps as above, they feel that those laws don’t apply to them, those laws are for other people. What is to say that person won’t feel the same about other laws? In court, if you are proven to have lied once, then all of your testimony is worthless because you have shown you are a liar. Who can trust what you say at that point?
Read above as I am not saying this is an immigrant issue but an issue of people willing to justify and rationalize breaking the law and yet want to be protected by laws. Mexico has become a lawless country and I don’t want this country to become that. The fact is Gustavo Zavala Gomez entered the USA illegally, knew it was wrong and did it anyway. He is in custody on an immigration hold. If you enter the USA legally and apply to adjust your status then you will have no problems. Why is it wrong to call a criminal a criminal? Other horrific crimes do not change the fact that this man had no respect for the law, period. He committed a crime coming here and then committed another crime by murdering a child. He is a criminal through and through and has proven it enough times. He had already been arrested for attacking his wife, too.
The one good thing is that the evil man was caught and hopefully will go to jail so has not to murder any other child.
