Ted Cruz is reintroducing a bill that will strip Americans who join ISIS or other terrorist groups of their citizenship. “The Expatriate Terrorist Act” ensures that Americans who join the “jihad” are stripped of their citizenship and won’t be able to use a U.S. passport to return home.
