Hey, speaking of “tax issues” looks like the scandalous and fraudulent Clinton Foundation is having some serious issues.
The fake foundation has them refiling taxes and auditing for errors.
This is being exposed through the hashtag #FailedTaxAudit.
The Law Firm which prepares Clinton Foundation taxes ,just HAPPENS to be the same Law Firm that PETER COMEY, JAMES COMEY’S BROTHER, works for. Hmmmmm.

Hillary Clinton’s family’s charities are refiling at least five annual tax returns after a Reuters review found errors in how they reported donations from governments, and said they may audit other Clinton Foundation returns in case of other errors.
The foundation and its list of donors have been under intense scrutiny in recent weeks. Republican critics say the foundation makes Clinton, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, vulnerable to undue influence. Her campaign team calls these claims “absurd conspiracy theories.”
The charities’ errors generally take the form of under-reporting or over-reporting, by millions of dollars, donations from foreign governments, or in other instances omitting to break out government donations entirely when reporting revenue, the charities confirmed to Reuters.
The errors, which have not been previously reported, appear on the form 990s that all non-profit organizations must file annually with the Internal Revenue Service to maintain their tax-exempt status. A charity must show copies of the forms to anyone who wants to see them to understand how the charity raises and spends money.
The unsettled numbers on the tax returns are not evidence of wrongdoing but tend to undermine the 990s role as a form of public accountability, experts in charity law and transparency advocates told Reuters.
“If those numbers keep changing – well, actually, we spent this on this, not that on that – it really defeats the purpose,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government transparency advocacy group.
For three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.
Those entries were errors, according to the foundation: several foreign governments continued to give tens of millions of dollars toward the foundation’s work on climate change and economic development through this three-year period. Those governments were identified on the foundation’s annually updated donor list, along with broad indications of how much each had cumulatively given since they began donating.

In addition, the Clinton Foundation, which rakes in hundreds of MILLIONS of dollars, only gives approximately 10% of their earnings to charity.
Shameful.
The rest of the money goes to so-called “overhead,” along with inflated salaries for family and friends and large bonuses.
Even more disturbing, the bulk of the “blood money” received by the fraudulent Clinton Foundation comes from Middle Eastern countries that abuse, imprison, and execute women and gays.

I watched the hogs come to the pin for the slop Sunday culminating in a frenzied feeding that would have made the real hogs seem ladylike and gentleman’s just going about their business of growing to proper size prior to going to market.

The debate lasted one and one half hours and the hogs have been in the hog pins for hundreds of hours since they try their best to eat Donald Trump ALIVE. I watched them on the Sunday morning talk shows and the hogs were in rare form, they even made the real hogs look civil and docile, the slop must have been tainted with some evil portion. I will give credit to Donald Trump for if he did not have a super ego any normal human would have been crushed by this unending attack on every facet of his and his family’s lives. The hogs have been restless and they being controled by the fat cats of the world who are the establishments of both parties and the wall street and major media Mongols recognize that they might not control Donald Trump and the movements spawned by his candidacy have scared the embarrassed elitists liberal EGGHEADS into attacking the man for all the sins of the world. Although I am not a professional on Foundations, I have read numerous books and publications about them. As I see it, Charitable Foundations are basically very simple except for the add-ons by legal beagles to help them inflate their rates. You an account value (all of the assets), donations to the Foundation, donations by the Foundation, expenses and a board to manage and oversee the Foundation. There are rules about who can donate and to where the funds can be paid…this is/can be the tricky parts. But the real basis of a Foundation is to provide funds to legitimate causes. The basic rule is that a minimum of 5% OF THE FOUNDATION’S VALUE MUST BE DONATED EACH YEAR. Additionally, the expenses must be reasonable in the conduct of the Foundation…this is mostly a “judgement” call by whomever is looking at the books. There are also rules that allow certain expenses to be included in the minimum 5% payout. The bottom line, as I see it, concerning the Clinton Foundation is that it either a Family Foundation or a Charitable Foundation. Much different rules apply and the Clintons seem to be treating their Foundation more along the lines of the Family type. JMO.
