Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz just issued a tweet stating the FBI has discovered “new emails” and they are reopening the investigation into Hillary’s emails.

According to many experts, like Rudy Giuliani, and even the members of congress who are attorneys and some use to be prosecutors, there were enough evidence to Indict Hillary, the first time around.

I would be so so very pissed if he pardoned her…not that it would come as a surprise, mind you. I am truly hoping that this is a scenario where the FBI plays this SMART, and realizes that with all of her incriminating evidence floating out there for the American people to view, they need to save face. They HAVE TO know that if they once again just say, “Well, oh well…nothing bad here.” that people will riot. This is a unique opportunity for them to (re)earn the American respect & trust.
They can’t give her a pardon for this can they? What will they charge her with?
Pat, Obama has the absolute power—-given to him by the Constituation—to Pardon Hillary, if she gets charged.
This power was used by president Ford to pardon Richard Nixon for his involvement in Watergate scandal—-which, OF COURCE, was a child play compare to Hillary’s crimes against the United State!!!!
That is the reason I hope Hillary does not get charged until Obama is out of our lives, by Jan 2017.
