I have Medicare, I’m over 76 and because of Onamacare, if I should wake up one day with cancer I can’t be treated for it on Medicare, because of a clause in Obamacare. Excuse me! I am on Medicare with a supplement BC/BS insurance. So I guess I am elderly, though don’t feel it. I am not on Medicare because it is what I wanted. I am on it because I had no choice. I could either accept Medicare or keep BC/BS as my primary with it still only paying what it would have paid if I had Medicare. That translates to mean I would have no primary, only a supplement. That’s the way it works, folks, and it sucks. We live on Social Security, Retirement and part time jobs. Our health is good but there are still trips to doctors. Our medical bills, that is the portion we pay out of pocket with Medicare and a supplemental insurance, since Obamacare has gone into effect, are now more every month than our grocery and power bills combined. We have lost 3 doctors who have been taking care of us most of our adult lives because they could close their offices and retire rather than deal with Obamacare. One other doctor consolidated two offices into one, making it an inconvenience to get to him now, because of the restrictions put on him by Obamacare. I have to get written permission to take some of my medications every year. If Medicare ever decides they no longer will approve them, I will either lose them or pay exorbitant amounts of money for them. Next year Medicare is set to make quite a few changes. Deductibles are going up significantly. Co-pays are going to be implemented. From info being sent to us, we are doing all we can to get some testing and minor procedures done this year before 2017 changes take place. So all you idealogical youngsters who read this and scoff need to understand if our newly-elected leaders are good leaders you will be lucky enough to live this way, also. Otherwise, if we continue spending like there is no tomorrow, as we have been doing in excess for the past 8 years while blaming prior administrations, you will have to scrounge for what you can get. Social Security will be gone, medical insurance will either be non-existent or so expensive the retirement age will be moved to 90. And that is assuming there are enough doctors to take care of us. So do not try to tell me how good I have it because I’m on Medicare. I suggest to each of you that I have no idea how good a president Donald Trump will be, but I am willing to at least give him an opportunity to prove himself before I start judging him. I did, indeed, vote for him and did so because I believe the trick to surviving in this world is jobs. That’s because I lived through watching my parents and other relatives try to survive after NAFTA took away their jobs that were sent to Mexico. Those were jobs they had been doing since they were teenagers and quit school to get. Jobs that got them through the difficult times of WWII. Jobs they lost while still too young to retire. If people are working it takes care of the Social Security issue, it makes healthcare affordable, it removes people from requiring a welfare system to survive, it buys homes, it buys goods for those homes, and cars to park in the garage. Jobs pay for vacations, college for the kids, and money in the bank for retirement. Taking away jobs is like taking air out of a balloon. A deflated person like a deflated balloon is not worth much. The best thing we can do is stop rioting in the streets and ask what we can do to help our country. Take pride in ourselves, our country, and be glad for our jobs. We need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and learn to be useful. And one other valuable thing would be to realize things all throughout life might not go the very way you want it to. That’s when you need to adapt.

They took funds intended for the elderly to give to people completely capable of work. CA on the other hand has 38.8 Million people and 55 delegates or one delegate per 705k people. This means that a single person in Wyoming carries the same weight per the electoral college as 3.6 people in CA. So can you explain to me how democratic that is?
