Anti-American Senator Barbara Boxer just introduced a bill to abolish the Electoral College.
Boxer called the electoral college an “outdated, undemocratic system.”

Boxer wants a so called “popular vote” which allows New York City and Los Angeles to elect the POTUS regardless of the fact that all states are equal despite their population. That was the reason the electoral college was created. Anti-Americans like Boxer want to hasten the new dictatorship of the democRAT party and we won’t let her get her way.

The roots of the EC are controversial to say the least. You defend it today because it landed on your side of a very narrow fence. Had the EC votes been on the other side (and come on, EPIC loss?), you would have been screaming for it to be dismantled…or would you have, since the fascist would still have lost the popular vote. Thi wont happen. It would have to amend the constitution and the smaller states would never ratify it. As long as liberals spend their time and efforts on this hopeless cause they dont have the time to do actual damage. If they were really serious about proportionality they would support the awarding of electors based on precentage of the vote as Maine and Nebraska do. This would only require a change in a state’s laws not a ratification process. The democrats would never allow this despite all their wailing about “representation” since it would break their stranglehold on California and New York.
