Well we’ve all been waiting to see who Bill Kristol’s “Impressive 3rd party Candidate” is who he claims has a “real chance.”

Just a heads up over this holiday weekend: There will be an independent candidate–an impressive one, with a strong team and a real chance.

Well it turns out Kristol is recruiting a guy that not many have heard of. Bloomberg News Reports.

Two Republicans intimately familiar with Bill Kristol’s efforts to recruit an independent presidential candidate to challenge Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have told Bloomberg Politics that the person Kristol has in mind is David French — whose name the editor of the Weekly Standard floated in the current issue of the magazine.

French is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. According to the website of National Review, where French is a staff writer, he is a constitutional lawyer, a recipient of the Bronze Star, and an author of several books who lives in Columbia, Tenn., with his wife Nancy and three children.

Since pseudo conservative writers from the National Review and Weekly Standard, were the most butt-hurt “NeverTrumpers” to begin with, it makes sense that they would send one of their own on a kamikaze self-humiliation run for Presidency. Upon some research we found David French recently wrote an article begging Mitt Romney to run against Trump.

So according to Bill Kristol’s “idiot logic” if you can’t get Mitt Romney, the next beet thing is…… the guy who wrote an article begging him to run. hmmmm…. ok, Bill Kristol.
