Ater reports came out that Obama and his DOJ were BLOCKING FBI efforts to get to the new emails by refusing to issue a warrant, Anthony Weiner has stepped up and said that the FBI could search.
No warrant needed.

As I commented before, most probably this whole new discovery came to light through Weiner cutting a DEAL, and volunteered to give the investigators what they wanted to know—while under an investigation and facing a long term jail sentence.
I feel strongly that he is the one who originally led them to “HIDING PLACE” of 3 more DEVICES—one belonging to Huma, apparently was not turned in to FBI, the first time around, The other TWO, we do not even know who they belong to. Is it possible the two more devices were Hillary’s, and Huma was hiding them??
I am sure this man has become F.B.I’s TREASURE TROPHY and many secrets—even about the Foundation—will come out, if COMEY decides not BETRAY us, the second time around!!!!

I think the FBI accidentally discovered classified emails that has Clinton’s info on it so they turned it over to D.C. The info has already been read by lower agents and Comey is afraid they might leak their findings to the public. I believe the info is so damaging to Killary that Comey had to make this statement. Being on Weiner’s and Huma’s personal computer there is no telling what they found. Maybe classified info or how about Huma talking to someone about the cover up of the first 33,000 emails. No telling, but for the director of the FBI to make the announcement he made I can only believe that it’s HUGE.

This is all so much BS. The justice department nor Obama do not issue search warrants. The FBI makes a request from a judge and the judge issues it. I keep hearing the they haven’t been able to look because they don’t have a search warrant. They had to have had a search warrant before they could even get the computer from Weiner. I’m sure they’ve looked, which is why Comey wrote the letter.

Partially correct. Weiner could have showed them the emails. There is no reasonable expectations of privacy on a multiple user computer. They wouldn’t need a warrant. They will get a warrant just to protect all the emails. I’m sure they looked at enough to know this is serious stuff.
You are partly correct. They had a warrant to search the computer in regards to Weiner related items. When they ran into Huma’s or Hillary’s stuff they need to amend the warrant to include that. Its like serving a search warrant at a house looking for the murder weapon. During the search you find the MJ grow in the basement. You had a legal right to be there but now you are investigating a totally different thing. Therefore the warrant needs to be amended to include the continued investigation of the MJ grow or in this case searching further for Huma and Hillary’s stuff.
I heard it on liberal CBS this morning, Nov 1, 2016 that the FBI got the Warrant. I don’t think liberal would even report something that is the truth. I was shocked when I heard it.

Weiner’s laptop was hacked, or even voluntarily, the mirror email accounts were setup to capture emails across multiple accounts for later “discovery”. Or, Weiner volunteered to allow his laptop to have the emails dumped to it for later “discovery”.
