The Trump Effect is in full swing, as yet another company vows to come back home.

Accenture North America has been outsourcing jobs due to the high cost of doing business in America.

Now, however, thanks to President Trump’s America First philosophy, they’re coming home.

Accenture North America will be bringing 15 thousand jobs from India back to the United States and plans to spend 1.4 billion in training and technology here at home!

Count Accenture as another company pledging to create new U.S. jobs in the era of Trump.

North American CEO Julie Sweet told Fortune Thursday that the company is planning to open ten new innovation hubs in cities around the U.S. in the next four years, and create 15,000 highly skilled new jobs in the process. It also plans to invest $1.4 billion in training its own employees in new technologies.

Sweet says the innovation plan was underway before the election of Donald Trump as President. But it reflects a push to highlight job creation in the U.S..

“Jobs are not just the Trump agenda,” she says. They are “the agenda of Congress, the agenda of every state, the agenda of the White House, the agenda of the Business Roundtable. We want to celebrate that we are making an investment in the U.S. and creating jobs in the U.S..”
