BOOM! Texas BANS Sharia Law and the First Islamic Sharia Court in the USA is NOT Happy!
The first Islamic Sharia Court in the U.S. just got some very bad news, and Muslims are not happy.
In a close 5-4 vote, the city of Irving ruled to back the Texas state bill banning foreign law from the state. It basically would slam the door in their faces, preventing them from spreading Sharia throughout the country. Now they are accusing the city council of unfairly being targeted.
All four of the “voluntary” court’s lawyers were unlicensed in the state of Texas, a third degree felony. Mayor Beth Van Duyne received several phone calls on the matter. It seems that the Islamic Tribunal not only was unlicensed, but they failed to notify the city of their illegal court being operated in city limits. She promised to get to the bottom of it, and she did.
By their own website’s admission, if U.S. law conflicts with Sharia law, “we follow Sharia law.” It also openly admitted separate rules for men and women in their proceedings, discriminating and humiliating women which is against the U.S. Constitution. The Islamic Tribunal also openly declared that they hope will “set a precedence that will be emulated and duplicated throughout the country.”
The more the mayor looked into it, the more it was apparent that they were attempting to establish a foothold using her city. She made a public Facebook post stating that she would back the new Texas law. She states that it was apparent that Zia Sheikh, imam at the Islamic Center of Irving, and the other Imams were “bypassing American courts” to make rulings under Sharia. Sheikh demanded an apology and wanted her Facebook post removed, which stated she would “fight with every fiber of my being” if the group was violating basic rights.
Sheikh says he just “asked her to clarify a statement … which seemed very Islamophobic.”
“She flat-out refused,” he said. “She said, ‘My statement wasn’t inflammatory in any way, shape or form.’” (Dallas Morning News)
Her office then asked for them to support the American Laws for American Courts bill and to abide by the Constitution. Sheikh instead flew off the handle.
“We don’t care about the bill,” Sheikh said. “It’s not going to affect us in any way, shape or form. The bottom line is the foundation of this bill is anti-Islamic.” (Dallas Morning News)
The meeting was filled by Muslims from the Council for American-Islamic Relations, a known terrorist organization. They even tried to paint the vote as Islamaphobia and bigotry.
“This continues efforts by elected officials who seek to score points with their voting base by demonizing Muslims,” Alia Salem, who directs the North Texas chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, told the City Council before Thursday’s vote. She said it had a choice between “diversity” and “hatred, fear and bigotry.” (Dallas Morning News)
The state bill doesn’t even mention Muslims or Islam. It states no specific foreign law. There isn’t even a mention of Sharia. In the end, four Irving council members voted to oppose supporting the Texas bill — John Danish, Allan Meagher, Joe Putnam and Dennis Webb. Danish, a Muslim council member, got up and addressed the crowd of mainly Muslims before casting his no vote.
“It is clear by the way this has developed that you feel threatened by it,” Danish said to the crowd minutes before the vote. “You, my neighbor! You, my fellow American, feel threatened by it and that is not right!”
Fortunately, despite the intimidation tactics by CAIR and the Islamic Tribunal, five of the counsel members saw right through it for what it is — the attempt to establish Sharia law, just like their website says, on American soil.

If you’re going to report history, do it accurately! Our Founders had no problem with religion (the civil society) being a part of the government, look at the paintings hanging in the Capitol building, they’re all Christian. What Jefferson did have a problem with was the government getting into the churches. That has come full circle since the 1950’s, after the “Johnson Amendment,” which threatens a church’s free speech by withholding their tax exempt status if they do not comply.
And lately, there has been an Obama-created agency, the “Clergy Reponse Team,” which is very similar to how the German ministers took the Germans’ guns and helped to load them into the railroad cars. Jefferson’s worst fear.
Our founding documents say nothing about separation of Church & State, and it is the left that has overused that phrase so they could use it as a weapon, and that’s exactly what they’ve done.

It only makes sense that if you live in America, you follow American laws. If American laws offend you, then maybe this is not the place you should be. Nobody is preventing you from going to other countries, and trying to change their way of living. It is after all a free country, and we will fight to keep it that way.

They have been migrating here for decades with one goal in mind and one goal only and that is to spread “Sharia Law” and take over the western countries. Worked in Saudi Arabia in their largest refinery in the desert for 2 weeks. When I arrived, they met us at the bottom of the aircraft steps with two men with sub machine guns and escorted all foreigners to the screening room to search baggage meticulously. No Bibles, no liquor, no porn, no snacks from the U>S> We were taken to a vehicle where we traveled across the desert for two hours to a compound surrounded by guards (again with sub machine guns) and razor wire fences. Our sleeping and eating and home for the next two weeks. Our bus loaded at 0700 guarded inside with two men with sub machine guns and we workers were taken to our work stations while there and not allowed out of a particular compound surrounding the refinery. At noon we were taken to back to our compound on the same guarded bus through the same gulag type guarded compound where we ate our meal and were transported back to the work station on the refinery grounds. At the end of our shift, we were picked up, taken back to our compound and “allowed” the freedom of the compound (within limits) so went my two week stay in that Islamic state. When I was taken back to the airport (still transported under guard as a foreigner) I boarded the aircraft and took off. As I looked out the window and saw the Mediterranean Seacoast beneath me, I vowed that I would NEVER, under any circumstances return to such an unholy place. That was in 1975. As we watched the news about the sweet innocent girl that was kidnapped by ISIS, tortured, raped and killed, why wouldn’t we be filled with complete sadness, fear, and disgust for ISLAM ? Imagine a girl being raped EVERY night by the Shiek or whatever he was, he looked old. Then they kill her. Disgusting and so pathetic what the parents are going through. This of course being only one victim that lost there lives by these sadistic killers..
I think this should be considered as treason against this country and those involved should be put in prison if they are American citizens or deported if they are not citizens. Also this should be a question on the application to become a US citizen, “Do you believe that Sharia Law is above US Law”? If they answer yes to this question, application denied and sent them back home.

I have listened to Democrats tell me Islam is a “religion of peace” for the past 15 years while Muslim terrorists murdered innocents by the thousands around the world. I finally figured out the only way to understand Islam was to read the Noble Quran, which I did. I suggest you do the same.
Here are just a few of the things I learned:
♦ The Quran never once speaks of Allah’s love for non-Muslims, but it speaks of Allah’s cruelty toward and hatred of non-Muslims hundreds of times.
♦ Muhammad said in many places that he has been “ordered by Allah to fight men until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is his messenger.” In the last nine years of his life, he ordered no less than 65 military campaigns to do exactly that.
♦ Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, had people killed for insulting him or for criticizing his religion. This included women. Muslims are told to emulate the example of Muhammad.
♦ There are over 100 verses in the Quran that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding.
♦ Sharia is Islamic law. Sharia is explicitly opposed to religious freedom, freedom of conscience and the free exchange of ideas. It is violent, openly bigoted toward non-Muslims, discriminatory, and unflinchingly sexist. Large sections deal with the practice of slavery.
There you have it. You can “look it up” as they say. After reading the Noble Quran, I can assure you I am an Islamaphobic. I am also convinced NO devout Muslim (no matter how “peaceful”) could ever assimilate into American culture.
Do I still have the Constitutional freedom to express this opinion or have the Democrat progressive PC crowd taken this away?
