Senator Bob Corker Meeting with Trump Monday, Fueling VP Speculation

Tennesse Senator Bob Corker (R) will be meeting Donald Trump on Monday at Trump Tower.

Some speculate that Corker may be a VP candidate, others are speculating that this meeting is just to confirm Corker’s endorsement, as he has not yet officially endorsed Trump.

Like Trump, Corker has a background in real estate, having acquired two of the largest real estate companies in Chattanooga : Osborne Building Corporation and Stone Fort Land Company in 1999. He later sold these assets in 20016.

n 1999, Corker acquired two of the largest real estate companies in Chattanooga: Osborne Building Corporation and Stone Fort Land Company.  In 2006 he sold the properties and assets that had formed these companies to Chattanooga businessman Henry Luken.

In recognition of his business success, in 2005 the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga named him to their “Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame.”
