In any other election year, Donald Trump, now with 988 Delegates compared to only 568 for Ted Cruz would have been universally touted as “Presumptive Nominee” long ago. However 2016 has a dynamic unlike any other in political history. With no political experience, Trump came, crashed the RNC party, and is actively re-writing all the rules.
