Apparently, Bill Clinton really enjoys BALLOONS.
Sigmund Freud would have a field day with this one.
Fresh off a nap during Hillary’s speech at the DNC Convention last week in Philadelphia, the former president appeared oddly mesmerized by the balloons.
Bill was not the only one captivated by the balloons.
