Bad Day for Obama’s Legacy. Federal Appeals Court Judge Delivers an “Obamacare” Death Blow
Any hope Obama had of keeping his disastrous, failing healthcare law intact just went out the window when a federal appeals court judge delivered the final death blow.
On Monday a federal appeals court said it is delaying a case against President Barack Obama’s health care law.
By doing this, the judge teed up a quick and easy path for Trump to dismantle Obamacare.

A federal appeals court said Monday it is delaying a case against President Barack Obama’s health care law, positioning President-elect Donald Trump to take one of the most straightforward actions that will be available to him to unravel the Affordable Care Act.
The Obama administration earlier this year appealed a lower court’s decision in the case, House v. Burwell, seeking to preserve its ability to allot billions in funding to health insurance companies to help cover the costs of insuring low-income people.
But Monday’s order in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit placing the case on hold presents Trump with the opportunity to drop the appeal after he takes office – a move that would be a significant step toward fulfilling his stated agenda to repeal and replace Obamacare

I can tell you what it’s doing, a friend of mine who is a CNA was paying $14 a month which jumped to $142 all at once and she is also a diabetic and ObamaCare will not pay for the needed medications which two of them are over $500 to take care of her diabetes so she can have it because she can’t afford it, so indeed changes are needed, it’s not working some people taking the option of paying the fine rather than pay for the insurance because it’s to expensive now. Imagine that $14 and all at once $142 Thank God something’s going to be done, I hope for everyone.
A few months ago, I had Rx for 30 Tylenol #3 filled (dental work), and it was only $9.00. I was shocked a potent medication should be so cheap. (codeine).

Don’t you people understand anything? A health care LAW under Trump will still be a law. Get it. Did anyone figure out yet, that what we had before obozo clown care was people that could not pay, went anyway and got care, and the gubmint paid for it in the end, AND, GET THIS, IT WAS CHEAPER THAN OBOZO CLOWN CARE HAS BEEN. And there was no LAW that said any 30 year old healthy person HAD to buy it. Get it now? You schmucks. Now, GUESS who loves this LAW? That’s right, INSURANCE companies. I agree. Why do the conservatives – er Republicans – always let the idiot Marxists posing as Democrats take the initiative on issues. Republicans are constantly responding instead of proposing. The Democrats make this framework of an idea about the government getting involved in healthcare and instead of rejecting this premise outright the Republican idiots work inside this idea just trying to ‘limit the damage’ the leftists do to everything.
