Are Trump Supporters Ready to Forgive Megyn Kelly? Our Readers Sound Off!
It appears that Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly are playing nice ….. for now. But is there any genuine mutual fondness or is this more of a temporary strategic alliance? Megyn Kelly recognizes that despite all of Fox News’ efforts to stop Trump, he is the inevitable GOP nominee. Fox’s viewers are nearly unanimously anti-Hillary, so if KellyFile were to continue to be a Trump bash-a-thon her ratings are likely to plummet and she has to pivot to attacking Hillary to maintain any relevance.
What does Trump get out of playing nice? Well, his GOP voter base probably does not care in the slightest that he was cordial to Megyn. However, Trump will be vying for the millions of disenfranchised Bernie Sanders voters and some of them do not know the complicated Trump-Megyn-Murdoch-Ailes back story and may like the Trump-Megyn making amends storyline.

Don’t be fooled by her smiling during her”Special” because along with her Bimbo buddy, Dana Loesch, they are still very active in the NeverTrump gang. Megyn claims she’s a “journalist”, but a true journalist always remains *objective, and Megyn Kelly is in fact never objective! She needs to go back to being a ball busting prosecuter.

I agree…I forgive but I am watching closely…. Megyn was very instrumental at bringing The Navy Seals from Benghazi on her show to give them a platform. Megan went to DT on her own before she even had networks permission…. that’s pretty cool. Again I am keeping a close eye..If DT is good with her we should be too.

After her Trump-bash fest, she saw her career in free-fall. So she made a savvy move: swallowed her pride – there’s a lot of it – and contacted trump to make amends. In true Megan style, part of the deal was to have an “”interview show” with Trump as the main attraction. This whole charade only benefited Trump. I watched a few minutes of this stupid show then turned it off. This kind of strategy may have worked in the old paradigm, but we are now in a different era (post-Trump). Viewers see through people like Megan, and more importantly FoxNews. I am so over them ! !

I can’t trust her that’s the bottom line here…she ended it for me with the first debate. She asked PRESIDENT TRUMP ridiculous bias questions that she didn’t ask the other candidates. She was purposefully attempting to take PRESIDENT TRUMP down in one debate so she could gain the glory…backfired!!! Don’t underestimate what the voters want …..she is planning something….PRESIDENT TRUMP don’t turn your back on her…the devil is always lurking around trying to get his way!!!

I watch Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity only since she act’s the way she did with Trump. I can’t believe that Megan would prefer socialism over someone who Loves America and wants to make it Great Again.
She really was condescending in that interview..she could have seemed a little more grateful toward having him on… Fox has been so anti Trump this last year that I dont feel We owe her any breaks… I watched the interview on youtube after the fact, simply to see first hand if she wanted a truce or was pining for ratings… It appears to be the latter..
As for Bernie supporters joining the TrumpTrain… They will come in droves with or without Fox or MK! HillBilly had their WH shot & this country cannot survive another tour of that duty!

Let’s forgive her, she took the initiative and patched things up with our Trumpster, we didn’t like her unfair questions nor her continual bashing, but hey, she can learn, she can apologize, she can be forgiven. She’s a smart, beautiful woman who made a mistake. Let’s not hold her pretty feet to the fire, okay? She may have learned her lesson! I admire her for going the our Trumpster to make it right, that took real courage.

I do not see a problem with Mr. Trump and Mrs. Kelly making amends. They are both intelligent, honest, and tell it like it is. She is a great ally for Mr. Trump and his campaign now that they have come to an understanding. Thanks FOX for giving her the chance to speak with Mr. Trump.
Who needs to watch Me-Again Kelly? What has she brought out that hasn’t been discussed ahead of time? She gets attention because of her looks. She treats her least favorite interview subjects like they are on trial in a courtroom. All she has to offer is snark. I don’t get the big deal about her. She’s yesterday’s news.
I stopped watching fox except greta and Hannity love them both good journalists as for megan I may have forgiven but when I saw her special with trump allo she did was replay her attacks against him over again and that turned meoff if she really was backing him and making amends why did she have to replay the debate and her attacks to me she used trump shut it iff as soon as I saw what she was doing and it made trump look even the bigger man for giving her another chance that she used to re attack no way . Stopped watching Kelly, Cavuto, anything with Gasparino, etc. months ago. I also no longer watch The Five or Outnumbered without Andrea. Guess I have just plain given up on Fox News Channel. Also totally do not watch Kelly on Fox. No more opportunities given to them to cause disappointment. Too bad! Never Trump has resulted in Never Fox for me.
