ALERT – Obama Makes NASTY Move Against English Speakers – Is This TREASON?

The cultural problems in this country have gotten out of control. Now, apparently, asking people to speak English in this country is a violation of their rights.

Why? Because of Obama, and his crackdown of “national origin discrimination.” As Judicial Watch states, “The government’s new enforcement guidelines state that bilingual requirements don’t meet discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.”

Meaning, requesting that employees speak another language isn’t discriminatory, but having only English in the workplace IS discriminatory.

Now, American employers can be sued by an employee if the employee demands that they speak English at work, and not surprisingly, many lawsuits have already come out of the woodwork on this issue.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has bent companies to its will, both threatening to sue and suing those who don’t comply. And it’s not just about language either, but about culture and religion as well.

“One of the EEOC’s biggest cases involved a national clothing retailer that specializes in hip casual wear for youngsters and refused to change a rule banning head covers for employees. The agency sued the company for religious discrimination because it wouldn’t allow a Muslim woman to wear a hijab to work,” Judicial Watch stated.

So, businesses are going to be forced to speak a multitude of languages to comply with the foreigners who work for the company, but the employees themselves can’t be forced to speak English? What kind of backwards logic is that?

They can speak their native languages when they’re on break, but when trying to talk to co-workers and customers they should speak English.

Another case was a company that did a background check on a black candidate for the job. Now they are putting pressure companies to remove background checks because it can have a negative impact on African Americans. Which is offensive, because the EEOC is making it sound like every African American has committed a crime.

This is ridiculous, frankly, and is obviously going to be knocked down with the same old argument: if you come to America, you should speak English. You should be able to communicate effectively with almost everyone in this country, who all speak English.

The same can be said for an American travelling or living in another country – they should learn the language of that country and not expect people to understand what they’re saying. In other countries, we’re considered “ignorant” Americans who expect countries to know English, but in our country, our businesses get sued for being not able to understand what they’re new hires are saying. And that, my friends, is liberal logic.
