In the late 1990’s, a serial offender known as the “East Side Rapist” was terrorizing the neighborhood. The city lacked the resources to put out strategic flyers targeting the rapist. Trump, wanting to protect women, put up the money required, leading to the capture of the criminal.

Real problem is: Trump is a really nice guy and he’s no dummy so since the politicians are crooks, They know he’ll stop the political money making machine. Or at least put serious restrictions on the criminal doings by our politicians.
The sad part is these perps could probably make more money honestly by actually doing something. Putting the rest in dependency and poverty only assures they’ll end up controlling a rotting corpse.
