By now you all know the story of the idiot Mayor who blamed the San Jose riots on Trump. Ifyou somehow missed it, you can visit our coverage here.

We received many comments and nearly 100% were disgusted by the Mayor’s statements. Here are a two “OPEN LETTERS” to San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo.

I moved from San Jose to AZ two years ago because the quality of living had gotten so bad. The city has had massive police layoffs over the years. The cops that are left are so demoralized and hate their jobs. Crime has risen dramatically in the city. For instance, the burglary unit was cut down to 3 officers. They made a very public announcement stating that if your home, car or property is broken into and/or stolen, don’t bother calling 911, they won’t come.

They recommended that residents file a police report and start looking for their belongings on Craigslist…..no joke. They said that they will only come out if someone’s life was in imminent danger. This was an infomercial to all criminals, telling them to come and get it. They became so brazen in their break-ins that they would walk right up to your home in the middle of the day, make sure no one was home and throw a garbage can through the front window.

They’d come in and walk right back out through the front door, carrying your possessions. This literally happened a few doors down from me. My friend’s home was broken into three times….middle of the day. The only way she got the cops to come out was by telling them one of her guns was stolen. You’d think I’d lived in a bad part of town, but I did not. This was a nice, middle class neighborhood.

The gang problem has soared in SJ in the last ten years. It has infiltrated every neighborhood and every school. Just watching everything that went on last night, I could tell immediately that the majority of the violent behavior was coming from gang bangers.

These idiot kids had no political motivation, whatsoever…..and make no mistake, the SJPD knows how to handle these assholes. There are plenty of other occasions where there is plenty of police presence and calm is kept. This time they were told to stand down. The Trump supporters were intentionally set up by the mayor to have to walk a gauntlet of gang violence.

I happened to be there last week and attended a graduation at the same convention center. I was shocked to see the ridiculous route they sent everyone on just to get back to the garage. Another thing I don’t understand is why they held the rally in a side building….that doesn’t have air conditioning, mind you, and it was a hot day there.

If the event had been held inside the actual convention center, this all would have avoided because the parking garage is attached to the center. Attendees of the rally would never have had to go outside. In the 30+ years I lived in SJ, I’ve never seen an event held in the side building. I believe this had to be intentional on the city’s part…..trying to make it as difficult as possible for Trump and his supporters.

Mayor Liccardo needs to be held accountable for what he did, as this rests squarely on his shoulders.

Mayor Sam Liccardo,

You are guilty of violating the civil rights of the decent American citizens who had gathered to hear a political speech by the Republican nominee for President of the United States. You ordered the San Jose police to stand down and not intervene when the anticipated riots and assaults against citizens who held different political views than your own predictable began.

I want to know why the United States Attorney General Loretta Lynch hasn’t announced an investigation into your actions and violations of the civil rights of those victims. She certainly should uphold the duties of her office and have the Justice Dept climbing down your throat immediately. If the roles were reversed and the rioters were Trump supporters and the victims were Hillary supporters you better believe the MSM and Ms Lynch would be on every media outlet announcing the full weight of the Federal Government is coming to bear on an elected official who blatantly violated the civil rights of those Trump supporters out of a personal vendetta.

Ms. Lynch’s silence so far and Barrack Obama’s silence so far reveals they too are guilty of violating the civil rights of those Trump supporters and guilty of malfeasance and dereliction of duty because these attacks were planned and coordinated and they follow the opposition political party from city to city but meet no FEDERAL resistance whatsoever even though these civil rights violations are aimed at disrupting the lawful public political gatherings associated with the FEDERAL ELECTION PROCESS.

Where is the Secret Service? Where is the FBI? Where is INS? Why isn’t Washington DC putting a stop to the interstate coordination of attacks on American civilian citizens in the pursuit of their political process?

I hope civil rights attorney reads this and realizes there is an injustice here and, more to the lawyers appetite, millions of dollars in rewards when they win the cases in court.
