Terrorist Parked Truck on Promenade For 9 Hours Before Striking

Terrorist Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel parked his big white truck on the Promenade des Anglais for about nine hours before he eventually mowed down hoards of people, killing 84 and wounding hundreds.

When police asked him why he was parked there, he told them that he was “delivering ice cream.”

For nine hours?

Police allowed him to stay on the busy road for nearly nine hours and they never checked his vehicle.
