Roger Ailes thought he could get away with backstabbing his frenemy Trump and play White Knight to Megyn Kelly but it backfired. His reputation as a political power broker and kingmaker are now gone.

The man that Trump aptly mocked as having “the personality of concrete” is no longer respected or listened to.

The fall of FNC is absolute as the ratings of the last few months indicate. FNC now only leads CNN by 9 percentage points. Since Kelly’s attack on Trump in last August’s debate, FNC has slowly fallen and may never recover. When Ted Cruz announced he was seeking the Republican nomination for president. He, as all 17 candidates who eventually announced, knew that only 1 person would earn the nomination.
Sen. Cruz said last night, as he announced he was suspending his campaign, he had done his best but that the voters had spoken. Indeed, the voters spoke overwhelmingly who their choice was at this time in our history.
I commend Sen. Cruz for running and doing his best. I commend his backers for wholeheartedly supporting him. You did what you thought was right and best! Naturally you are disappointed – greatly disappointed – and hurt.
My advice to you (for whatever it’s worth): take some time to grieve and to let the wounds of disappointment heal (and they will – IF you let them). If you are a Christian, pray and ask Him for clear direction as to what you should do. Read, meditate on, and REALLY BELIEVE Romans 8:28.
Senator Ted Cruz is only 45 years old. Most people believe he is smart and a constitutional expert. I hope he will be nominated to serve on the Supreme Court where he can have a positive influence on America for decades.

I listen to Rush regularly. He really has tried to stay neutral. I have friends who are Trump supporters who in the past, did not like him. They are independents and thought he was too conservative for them. They have been texting me to make sure I am listening to Rush. I have remained silent because I like that my friends, who basically couldn’t care less about politics, are now listening to Rush, Hannity and Savage. Trump has energized them. I think it’s great! I really have to give Rush a lot of credit…he has been very fair, IMHO.
As for Fox, Steve Doocy and Brian appear to be very supportive to Trump. Lou Hobbs and Varney on FBC are supporters. On The Five, Eric Bolling and Kimberly Gilfoyle are supporters. So is Bill O’Reilly. He used to get on my nerves, always pompous and interrupting people answering his questions. But he definitely appears to be a Trump supporter. Judge Jeanine is for Trump too and Laura Ingraham makes so much sense when she speaks of the anti-Trump crowd and how destructive they are. I still think Fox is the most conservative of all the major networks, even though I cannot stand M. Kelly and some others.

I will say at first I was not a Trump fan and all of a sudden he was speaking the words that we had been saying the past two elections and we went to him when a lot of our children and friends weren’t sure. We told them to STOP listening to the news and start looking into the man himself. What we saw, they saw and came onboard thr Trump Train. We all looked at his family, past achievements , and saw man that loves his family , takes care of people that work for him I even the smallest ways, and most important LOVES this country and is the only candidate that sees the damage that’s been done the past eight years. My husband is a small business man and has said over and over that what we needed was a true successful businessman , not a career politition, that has the ideas how to put people back to work , and give our country back to its citizens. Donald Trump can do this, I believe that he is the man for this time and place, and look around he feels what a whole lot of Americans are feeling!

I am hoping that Megan Kelly does have a change of heart. As of now I only watch Hannity on FOX. I agree with your synopsis on the 10 who screwed the pooch. The RNC is scorning to well with me either because one member who says he is going to be on the rules committee say that even if Trump gets to the 1237 needed that won’t give him the nomination. If the do that there will be hell to pay.

I agree w/ Chris and others. I used to listen to Levin every night until he became obnoxious with his criticism of Trump. I stopped listening a few months ago as it was outrageous that he slandered Trump to the point of damaging him in the event he became the nominee. Beck I never listened to as he is off the wall – remember when he took teddy bears and soccer balls to the border? They are all despicable and I have left them behind. I read her husband said she is an alpha female, she is very aggressive. Megyn is untrustworthy – she thought she was special and could get away with anything. Figured her out a long ago before the Trump incident. I even stopped TV service with the media whores repeating all the minor details and not reporting on the truth behind it all. Bushes are toast! And we don’t need any of those RINO failures at the convention to frig up the works, they need to stay home and pine away. The establishment lost it for themselves!!! They are all pushing globalism.
Megyn, fall on your prettified face! God is making it known … THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE LORD OF HISTORY! Trump started with 17 RINOS vying for the presidency and as of of May 4th 2016, he has come out on top!! The rest had to leave … with their veritable tails between their legs! Tell me if this is NOT GODLY INTERVENTION! Being a person of Faith, because that is all I got, I SAY IT IS! PRAISE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, NOW AND FOREVER! PRAY PRAY PRAY PEOPLE! … and for those that think crafting their words will have an effect … think again! Always watched Megan Kelly, that is until that first debate. Our family has never watched her again. When garbage comes on FOX, like Juan Williams, I immediately change to OAN. They are doing a very good job! And what’s with Andrea Tantaros. Better get her back, she is one of the best!
Get rid of Kelly, she acts so stupid with some of her comments she embarrasses me. I immediately turn the station and wait for Hannity to come on. Please switch Hannity back to the opening after O’Reilly and give Watters a chance after Hannity.
Megyn Should be at the top of the list. She’s only looking to get on the Trump train to save face. Megyn hates Trump. She only wants to use him to further her career and knows she can’t afford to be on President Trimps bad side. She pretends to have an unbiased show and unlike Hannity who actually takes a side Megyn tepidly sits on the fence looking down and condescendingly sneering at us viewers like we could only ever understand if she explains it to us.
Sad to say but I used to hold in high esteem, Karl Rove, and Mark Levine. I am one of millions I’m sure that don’t watch much of FNC since it was so obviously anti-Trump starting with Megyn. She and her trained monkey, Stirewalt, were like giddy kids as they zeroed in on Trump night after night. I thought after she visited Trump Towers her attitude would have changed for more than just a couple days but she’s still got a long way to go before I’ll watch her again. Bret Baer is more subtle n his dislike of the Donald so we quit watching him as well. We are reading more and watching FNC a whole lot less! Yes! Megyn should be in the #1 slot!

what incredible is how we all agree on everything proving it all to be so true. Our relationship with these people will never be the same. Our virginity has been taken. Rush was the slickest at it which makes me the sickest. After the excitement of election cycle is over, is when all these people will really begin to feel it. They all thought we were as stupid as liberal viewers of their surrogates, and we r not.

Who the hell does he think he is? I also agree Rush disappointed me. He had always been my voice of calm reason.Someone that was always there. So it was more disappointment with him then dislike.
